MAUDE B. SMITH

4 Dec 1893 - 1969

Seiling – Funeral services for Maude B. Smith, 76, who died Friday morning at the Fairview hospital following a long illness, will be at 2 PM today in the First Christian Church and Seiling, with Rev. Ewel Paughan officiating.

Burial will be in the Brumfield Cemetery under the direction of the Updyke – Shaw Funeral Home.

She was born at Davis December 4, 1893, and moved to Torret in 1908 and in 1912 she married Ben Smith.

In 1931 they moved to Seiling where she resided until 1966 when she moved to the Fairview Fellowship Home.

Her husband preceded her in death 1946.

Her survivors are three sons, William H. Smith of Washington, Ray Smith of Midwest City, and Olin Smith of Bakersfield, California. She has four sisters, Myrtle Bowie of Sentinel, Hattie Leonard of Fairview, Waldean Longden of Del City, and Lucille Abston of Akron, Ohio, and three grandchildren.
