April 16, 1948 ~ November 19, 2020

Charles J. Rinker was born on April 16, 1948 in Woodward, OK to Neil and Virginia (Van Winkle) Rinker. He passed from this world on November 19, 2020 at his home.

He made his home in Seiling, OK and attended school at Seiling, graduating with the Class of 1966. Shortly after graduating he joined the Air Force and served his country during the Vietnam War, earning the title of Staff Sergeant.

He then made his career as an electrician. He returned to Seiling making his home there.

He was preceded in death by his father Neil Rinker and mother, Virginia Rinker, his brother Bobby Rinker, and sister Linda Evans.

He is survived by his wife Jeannie, one son Michael Rinker and wife Suzanne of Broken Arrow, OK, one daughter Shannon Rinker and husband Clifford Jackson of Conyers, Georgia, four granddaughters Christina Poole, Bethanie Carpenter, Rebekah Rinker, Lily Rinker, and two great grandchildren Emma Carpenter and Sampson Carpenter.
