RAY "PAT" MCALLISTER

7 Aug 1900 - 3 May 1989

SEILING - Graveside service for Ray "Pat" McAllister, 88, who died Wednesday at Woodward Nursing Center, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Brumfield Cemetery. Arrangement are by Redinger Funeral Home.

He was born Aug. 7, 1900, in Carmen and moved to Seiling in 1905 where his father operaated a dry goods store. He attended Seiling schools and graduated from high school in Phoenix, Ariz. He entered the U.S. Army Training Corps at the University of Oklahoma, Norman, in 1918, and was later honorably discharged. In 1920, he married Belva Warren in Woodward. They had one son, Bobby Ray, who died July 3, 1980.

McAllister was a 64-year member of Masonic Lodge No. 495 in Seiling. He lived at Sands Motel in Woodward before moving to Woodward Nursing Center.

Surviving are two grandchildren, Brett McAllister of Mesa, Ariz., and Jodie R. Anthony of Omaha, Neb.; and three step-grandchildren.
