SEILING - A graveside service for Lahoma Lacks Edsel, 88, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2010, in Brumfield Cemetery , Seiling. Pastor Dennis Adair will officiate. Arrangements are by Redinger Funeral Home, Seiling.

She was born July 4, 1921, in Hugo to Fred and Jessie McCanless Lacks and died Saturday, May 8, 2010, in Broken Arrow.

She graduated from Arcadia High School and attended Central State College.

In 1938, the family moved to Chester.

She owned and operated Edsel Galleries in Oklahoma City.

She recently moved to Tulsa.

Surviving are one son, Rod Garrett of Tulsa, two grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband and two sisters.
