Bill Sunday passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 in the Walker-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Connie McCray officiating. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Post #105 Honor Guard. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the Round Springs Cemetery near Eucha, OK. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.

Billy Edward Sunday was born September 29, 1950 in Claremore, OK to Jimmie and Mary (Scruggins) Sunday. Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. His working career took many paths from Reda Pump in Bartlesville to his current job as a Gaming Commissioner with the Cherokee Nation based at the Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa. Bill had a great sense of humor and loved movies. He was an avid OU Sooner and OKC Thunder fan. Bill is survived by his son Matt Sunday of Broken Arrow and daughters: Tamara Watt of Bartlesville, Megan Sunday and Melanie Sunday of Broken Arrow. He was blessed with two grandchildren, Ashlynn Sunday and Wiatt Watt. He is also survived by his brother Charles Sunday of Dewey.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lauretha Sunday and brothers James and Harold Dean Sunday.
