Charles Elias Foreman, 69, passed away on Saturday September 20 in Mineral Wells, Texas.

Charles "Jr" was born July 1, 1945 & was a long time resident of Copan, OK.

Services will be held at the Wesleyan Church in Copan, OK at 10 AM on Thursday, September 25. He will be laid to rest in Oaks, OK at 3:00 PM. Services are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Charles was born the son of Charles Eben & Maudie Foreman.

Charles "Jr." grew up in Copan, OK where he attended school. He joined the Army on June 28, 1967 & served until June 21, 1969. He was honorably discharged with 100% disability. Charles served our country in the Army during the Vietnam War. He held Sergeant Position until his honorable discharge in 1969.

Charles is survived by his daughter Delana Denman & husband Joe , grandchildren Courtney & Devin; His Son Russell Wayne Foreman, wife Katherine & grandson Parker; Daughter Tina Carlisle, grandchildren Emma & Ethan; Brother Kurt Foreman & wife Shirley; Sister in law Mary Foreman; Sister in law Rose Marie Foreman, as well as other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brothers Kenneth Foreman & Dennis "Bud" Foreman & Sister Norma "Dutch". In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local SPCA or animal shelter in his memory.
