David Lee Budder, 65, of Salina, Oklahoma, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011 in Grove, Oklahoma. He was born on April 19, 1946 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the son of Dave Budder and Lula (Davis) Budder.

He worked as a welder for Dan Hueser’s. David enjoyed working on cars and playing pool. He also enjoyed being outdoors and crawdad hunting. He loved his family and spending time with them. David will be so very missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., in the Emmanuel Baptist Church at Kenwood, Oklahoma with Reverends Woodrow Ross and Richard Soldier officiating. The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Monday evening. Interment will be in the Euwasha Cemetery at Kenwood with Sam Bendabout, Dennis Phillips, Wesley Proctor, Elmer Panther, Alvin King and Mark Proctor serving as casket bearers. Honorary Casket Bearers are Anthony Proctor, Don Ballou, Mike Ross and Robert Scott.

He is survived by his children, Darrin Budder and wife, Nelda, Travis Budder and Pamela (Budder) Proctor and husband, Anthony, all of Kenwood, OK; grandchildren, Ashley and Wesley Proctor children of Pam and Anthony, Melanie, Laura and Emerie Budder, children of Darrin and Nelda Budder, Kaden and Kobe Budder, sons of Travis Budder; one great grandchild on the way; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lula (Davis) Budder in 1999.
