Leona Thompson

 September 14, 1920 ~ February 18, 2006

Services for Leona Thompson were held at 10 a.m. Friday in North Amarillo Church of Christ with Glen Walton and Dalton Key officiating. Burial was in Osceola Cemetery in Butler, Okla., by Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road.

Leona was born September 14, 1920 and passed away Saturday, February 18, 2006 in Harker Heights at the age of 85.

Mrs. Thompson was a devoted Christian wife and mother with the love of many friends. She was a member of the North Amarillo Church of Christ.

She is survived by a son, Donald Thompson and wife Beth of Katy; two daughters, Betty Clague and husband Bobby of Troup, and Sandra Marler and husband Dennis of Killeen; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
