A graveside service for Rocky Newman was held at 1 pm Friday, August 21, 2015 at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Mannford Funeral Home.

Rocky Lynn Newman was born May 10,1953 in Cushing Oklahoma to Thearn "T.E" and Joan Newman and passed away August 17, 2015 in Tulsa Oklahoma at the age of 62.

He graduated from Enid High School with the class of 1971.

He was an oilfield worker with B.J. Titan Services.

He is survived by his wife Tillie, of the home in Mannford and his sister Cheryl.

His brother, Michael, passed away on August 19, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thearn and Joan Newman.

Rocky is also survived by his two sons Shawn and Jeremy Newman.
