Florine Tucker Galloway

Florine Galloway was born on July 3, 1943 to William and Ruby Tucker in Bristow Oklahoma. She departed this life on March 13, 2024 at the age of 80 years old.

Florine lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma for a short while before returning to Bristow. In her heart, she was a lifelong resident. She was a devoted member of the Pilgrim Baptist Church in Bristow, Oklahoma. Florine served faithfully and took on any role(s) or responsibilities asked of her. Florine was known in the community for her helping hands, whether it be driving others to doctors appointments, grocery store runs etc. She also helped her siblings in raising their children and grandchildren. Everyone loved Aunt Florine "Everyone". Florine Galloway had no biological children but by far she was a mother to many. Florine stood by her siblings even in the worst of times.

Florine is survived by one brother, Robert Tucker. Also, a host of many nephews, nieces, friends, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Galloway; six brothers, Floyd Tucker, Roy Tucker, Clay Tucker, Conrad Allen, James Allen and William Allen; two sisters, Barbara Allen-Briggs and Willie Mae Tucker.

Graveside Services will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, March 18, 2024 at Harlinsville Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family online at www.hutchinsmaplesfuneralhome.com
