January 19, 1942 ~ May 18, 2021

Jerry Wayne Summers a resident of Okmulgee, Ok passed this life on May 18, 2021 at the age of 79. Born January 19, 1942 in Henryetta to Raymond and Leora (Martin) Summers. Jerry was a brick layer by trade.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Wife Deanna; Step son Robert Blanchard; Brothers Frog Summers, Dean Summers and Kenny Summers.

Survived by his children:
Johnny and wife Cindy Summers of Okmulgee
Lisa and husband Ian Mildon of Pittsboror, NC
Stacey and husband Chad Brazil of Waxahachie,TX
6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren
Sister: Shirley McManus of Henryetta
Many cousins

Funeral service will be 10:30 am, Monday, May 24, 2021 at the Schulter United Methodist Church with a private interment at Greenhill Cemetery in Sapulpa, Ok under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
