Gail Cyrena Williams was born September 9, 1943 to David and Ina Frazier in Bristow, Oklahoma. She departed this life January 31, 2025 at the age of 81 years.
Gail grew up in Bristow, attended Bristow Public Schools and remained a lifelong Bristow/Depew area resident. Younger years Gail worked as a home health nurse aide. She worked diligently caring for her patients while also tending the home and caring for her children. As time carried on she transitioned to a homemaker's role. Gail married Larry Williams December 23, 1983. They shared 26 years together before his passing in 2010.
Gail Loved and she loved deeply. Family was important and she always made the time to show her love in many different ways. She loved visiting with people but mostly, it was cooking. Gail attended nearly all sporting events her grandchildren and great grandchildren were participating in. Gail never was one to follow a beaten path; she done things her way and in her own time. She loved to garden, read, especially Louis Lamar Books, and watch a great western. She worked many different puzzle books helping to keep her mind sharp.
Gail is survived by six children, Charlotte White of Depew, Kelly Flores of Tonkawa, Kim Hill of Bristow, Connie Zeller of Ohio and David White of Depew and Larry Mock; three siblings, Elbert Frazier of Tryon, David C. Frazier of Bristow Joyce Bozworth; 18 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and two special caretakers, Donna Hurley and James Brown Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Larry Williams and four sisters.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at First Baptist Church in Depew, OK.
