Harvey Mitchell "Mickey" Moore Sr. was born July 5, 1946, to Bennie and Margaret Moore. He departed this life after a battle with Parkinson's disease on June 30, 2023, at the age of 76.

Harvey's interests were fishing, hunting, working cattle and spending time with his family. His true passion was drilling water wells and providing water to the public. He even went to Africa once to drill.

He is survived by five children, Harvey "Tiger" Moore Jr. and wife Cindy, Shelly Nunamaker and husband Larry, Sular "Frank" Franklin Moore, mother of children, Tina from that union, Jimmy Moore and wife Stephany, Bobby Moore, and wife Brandy. Harvey also had two previous stepchildren he raised, Robert Jeschke and Lynnie Meyer. Harvey had many grand and great grandchildren which he loved them all dearly. He had one brother, Matthew Moore, and wife Paula; one half-sister, Bengie Campbell; his only living uncle, Andrew Moore and wife, Sharon; his only living aunt, Mary Ferguson, and husband Jerry. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Gerald, and Ronald Moore, one grandson Charles Michael Moore.
