Barbara Ann Hill Joslen

Barbara Ann Joslen was born October 31, 1946, to Edward and Marjorie Hill in Bristow, Oklahoma. She departed this life March 3, 2025, at the age of 78.

She graduated from Bristow High School in 1964. On September 23, 1966, Barbara Hill and Loyd Joslen were united in marriage. She worked at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, oil and gas division for over 39 years.

Barbara was a faithful member of the Oak Street Church of God. She was also a member of the Bristow Business Professional Women's association. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, shopping and painting.

She is survived by her husband, Loyd of the home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Marjorie Hill.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00AM, Friday, March 7, 2025, at the Oak Street Church of God with interment to follow at the Bristow City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Home.
