Nathan Keith Roper entered this life on October 13, 1993 in Lewisville, TX born to David and Angel (Jones) Roper and passed from this life on February 11, 2016 in Silo, OK at the age of 22.
Nathan graduated from Whitesboro, TX High School and moved to Bryan County 3 years ago. Nathan married Brittnie Edwards on September 6, 2015 and they were blessed with a precious child, Gracie. Nathan worked as a glass technician for Cardinal FG in Durant and he enjoyed cars and radio control. Though his time on this earth was short, he touched many lives and he was a loving and dedicated husband, father, son and friend.
Nathan was preceded in death by his mother, Angel Jones Roper; brother, Cody Roper and grandparents; Jimmy Jones and Barbara Roper.
Loved ones left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Brittnie and their daughter, Gracie of the home; father, David Roper of Whitesboro, TX; grandparents, Freda Jones and David Roper; aunts and uncles, Michelle and Shaun Farrar, Crystal and Bill Smith, Theresa and Troy Castor, Lisa and Brent Anderson, Tina Plumber, Julie and Bruce Price, Julie and Chris Smith, Deborah Hardman and Stacie Porter and numerous extended family and friends.
A celebration of Nathan's life will be held at 9:00 AM Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Brown's Funeral Service Chapel. Bro. Kerry Groce will officiate. Interment will follow in Walters Cemetery in Walters, OK at 2:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Levi St. Clair, Brandon Treat, Scottie Edwards and Richard Coon. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
