Doris Colleen Anderson

WALTERS ~ Doris Colleen Anderson, 69, of Duncan died Monday, Oct. 28, 2002, in Duncan.
Graveside service was held at 2 p.m. today in the Walters Cemetery with the Rev. Tony Nickel officiating. Burial was under the direction of Hart- Wyatt Funeral Home of Walters.
Mrs. Anderson was born Dec. 15, 1932, in Randlett.
She married Raymond Anderson in 1957, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 18, 1977.
Mrs. Anderson grew up in the Walters area and then made her home in the Duncan area for many years. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Walters.
Survivors include two sons, Joe W. Hall of Bakersfield, Calif., and Jimmy Ray Anderson of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Pamela Joyce Strout, Kathy Kim Yarbrough and Georgie Pat Hall, all of Duncan; three brothers, Donald Ray and Alfred N. Smith, both of Walters, and Jimmy W. Smith of Hastings; four sisters, Betty Wilson and Annie Wampler, both of Walters, Ellen Brown of Duncan, and Bonnie Smith of Houston; eight grandchildren, Stacy Alan Strout, Misty Taylor, G.L. Oyster, Chassity Bowen, Jeremy Cole, Crissy Hall, Caleb Hall and JoMarie Hall; and four great-grandchildren, Hunter Strout, Jacy Strout, Macky Taylor and Chandler Bowen.
She was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Richard Harold Smith.
