© Whinery~Huddleston Funeral Service Lawton, Oklahoma December 07, 2016 Georgia Mae [Seay] Kilpatrick Georgia Mae Kilpatrick, 61, of Lawton, died at 1:50 AM, Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. She was born October 3, 1955 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Bobbie Seay. She married Thomas Kilpatrick, Jr. on July 10, 1975 and he survives. Also surviving are two sons, Thomas and Ashlie Kilpatrick III of Lawton, and Joshua Kilpatrick of Lawton; four daughters, Jayme Ernest-Marshall and Matt Marshall of Lawton, Kristina and Josh Upton of Lawton, Orenda and Carl Elridge of Lawton, and Myriah and Andrew Rupert of Lawton; twelve grandchildren, Alexander, Janet, Jennelle, Riley, Tristan, Kayleigh, Zahara, Karsen, Charlee Mae, Jaxzen, Bo Dean, Kynadi; one brother Steven and Janet Coon of Tahlequah; one niece Jennifer Coon; one nephew T.J. and several cousins. Georgia's mother Bobbie Seay, one son Ryan Kilpatrick, and one granddaughter Kara Kilpatrick preceded her in death. Georgia was a long time resident of Lawton where she lived since leaving her childhood home in Tahlequah at the age of 18. She traveled many places across the country with her husband as he served in the military. She loved to go to moves and enjoyed sewing and making quilts for her children and grandbabies. She also enjoyed watching her grandchildren play a variety of sports and other school activities. The visitation is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Bishop Garrett will be officiating. The burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. |
