© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma 3 October 2004 Robert Allen "Bobby" Holder Graveside funeral services for Robert Allen "mailto:sc@okcemeteries.net"by" Holder, 68, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Fletcher, will be Monday, October 4, 2004, in the Ft. Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK, with Rev. Don Bonham of Oklahoma City, OK. A prayer service will be held Sunday, October 3, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher. Military honors will be presented by personnel from Sheppard Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, TX. Services are under direction of Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher, OK. Mr. Holder died Wednesday, September 29, 2004, in an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born August 28, 1936, in Fletcher. He graduated from Fletcher High School in 1955. He then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He later made his home in Oklahoma City working as a welder for King Trailers and the McClain company in Oklahoma City, just recently retiring. He married Frances Neal, February 19, 1982, in Anadarko. Bobby enjoyed fishing, camping, football and boxing and being with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Frances, of the home; 4 daughters; Cindy Holder of Anadarko, Kathy Holder of Gracemont, Jackie Holder of Oklahoma City, and Kimberly Holder of Lawton; a son, Billy Neal of Oklahoma City; 3 brothers, Randy Holder of Fletcher, Larry Pahcoddy of Fletcher and Donnie Eckawadah of Cyril; 3 sisters, Barbara Suez, Sylvia Macias, and Renee Melva, all of Geronimo; 14 grandchildren: Sheldon, Robert, Fabian, Vanessa, Shelby, Amanda Jo, Mark and Derek Holder, Johnny Lee Trevino, Clyde Littlecalf, Julie Talfer, Tecumseh Cline, Robert Neal, and Chase Neal; 3 great grandchildren, Issah Martin, Anessa Telfer and Hannah Hunt. He was preceded in death by his parents; Robert Holder and Marie [Lookingglass] Holder, and a son, Mickey Holder. |
