Steven Keeling

March 8, 1966 ~ January 28, 2019

We regret to announce the death of a beloved friend. Steven Keeling passed away on the 28th of January 2019 at his home in Elk City Oklahoma.
Steven was born on the 8th of March 1966 in Greeley Colorado. After a distinguished 23 year career in the United States Air Force where he served his country both at home and abroad, Steve traveled extensively, eventually settling in Elk City Oklahoma where he lived with his father Leonard and Dixie.
Steve was a man of passion who loved his family, his friends, and his hobbies, whether it was two step dancing, racing cars, flying remote control airplanes, training dogs, riding his motorcycle, or completing complex lego creations. A Mopar man through and through, he had a gift for engines and a thirst for understanding how things worked. Whatever he committed himself to, he committed himself fully. Steven is survived by his father Leonard, his mother Rochelle, his brothers, David and James, wife Cheryl, and step sons Joshua and Jared. Donations in Memorial can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.(https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate
A service will be held at the First Christian Church of Elk City, Oklahoma on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 P.M. Steven will be laid to rest with full military honors at the Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma on Friday, February 8, 2018 at 1:00 P.M.
