Linda Charlene Gough

Services for Linda Charlene Gough, 63, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 25, and concluded in the Harvey-Douglas Centennial Chapel, Ardmore with Pastor Bruce Kirby officiating. Interment was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 26 in the Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.
The daughter of the late Charley Lee Scrivener and Irene Josephine Gebauer Scrivener, Linda was born December 15, 1958 in Oklahoma City and passed away at her Lone Grove residence on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
She married Harlan Deon Gough on January 27, 2015. He preceded her in death on July 17, 2017. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Hugh August Underwood and Oscar Underwood Jr.; sister, Joy White; and a grandson, David Michael Barr.
Linda was a resident of Southern Oklahoma, including Ardmore, Marietta and Lone Grove. She worked as a waitress and a vault clerk at Gold Mountain Casino. She enjoyed her coffee, ID Discovery, court shows, traveling, playing Pogo, and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Keith Barr and wife Bethany and Joseph Scott Barr; three grandchildren, Brittany Gibson and husband Albert, Blade Barr and Milly Barr; great-grandchild, Donovan Barr; brothers, J.C. Scrivener and wife Carrie and Clay Scrivener; sister, Minnie Carr; brother-in-law, Michael White; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
