Funeral Services Are
Held for Mrs. Miller

——
Funeral services for Mrs. Lessie Miller, 23 years of age, wife of William Miller, who passed away at the Walters hospital Tuesday afternoon, were conducted at the Al1endale school building, five miles east of Geronimo, Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. S. D. Perkinson, pastor of the First Christian church of Walters officiated.
Mrs. Miller died after she had been taken to the hospital suffering with a ruptured appendix. Her condition was such that an operation for the removal of the organ could not save her life.
Her body was taken in charge by the Harley-Pearson Undertaking company and prepared for burial. Immediately after the funeral service, her remains were laid to rest in the Allendale cemetery, near the school.
Deceased is survived by her husband, father and mother, six sisters, two brothers and many other near relatives.
