SCarolyn Lynn (Washburn) Paxton, age 73, an Allen, TX resident, was born on July 09, 1952, to William and Nettie Mae (Latham) Washburn, at Wardville, OK. Carolyn passed away on November 09, 2025 at Richardson, TX at the age of 73 years. She attended Cottonwood School before graduating from Coalgate High School with the class of '70. Carolyn was a teacher at Club Hill Elementary School in Garland, TX for 35 years. She married Dean Paxton on April 12, 1979 in Coalgate. She was of the Methodist faith, she loved reading, cooking, baking, watching Hallmark movies, spending time with her grandson, playing board games, crafting, sewing, painting, and going to lunch with her friends.

Priscilla Lee and husband Doug Lee of Latta, OK
BROTHERS: Ronnie Washburn of Coalgate, OK, Roy Washburn of Coalgate, OK
Along with many other dearly loved friends and family.
