Nyla Latrale McGregor died May 19, 2021 in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 55 years 10 months 17 days. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the Willow View Cemetery in Lexington, entrusted to the care of Wadley's Funeral Service.

Nyla was born July 2, 1965 in Norman, Oklahoma to S.L. Clark and Janie Lou (Fryer) Basden. She was raised and attended school in Norman. December 17, 1990, Nyla married Vernon "Corky" McGregor in Texas. She loved fishing, camping and spending time with her friends and family.

Nyla is preceded in death by her parents, S.L. Clark and Janie Basden; and her brother, Steven Clark.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years of Vernon "Corky" McGregor; her daughter, Melissa Baker and husband, Travis; her grandchildren, Hayden, Gabrielle and Aubrey; her sister, Debbie Gay and husband, Larry; nieces and nephews; Brandon and wife, Jennifer, Kandise and husband, Chris, Jade, Kristen and husband, Brock; great nieces and nephews, Liam, Jameson, Jace, Cameron, Stone, Piper; and many other relatives and friends.
