Funeral services for Kate Minatee, infant daughter of Jamal and Rachel Minatee of Norman, will begin at 2:00pm Thursday, December 6, 2012 at CrossPointe Church, 2601 24th Avenue SE in Norman.

Little Miss Kate was born June 18, 2012 in Norman and was cradled back into the arms of the angels on December 1, 2012 at the Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Though her time on earth was very short, her tiny spirit moved lives that have forever shaped and changed the hearts of those she touched.  Her angelic smile and bright little eyes will always be remembered and have warmed the hearts of the many individuals that helped care for her.

Little Kate is survived by her Mommy and Daddy, Rachel and Jamal; one brother, Jack Minatee of Norman; one sister, Emily Foster of Trappe, Maryland; maternal grandparents, Robert and Gaye Enfield of Norman; paternal grandparents, Mary and Steve Womack of Norman; and her Aunt, Emily Williams of San Antonio, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Robert Minatee.

Little Kate will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Norman.
Arrangements for Kate and her family have been placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
