Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Henrietta A. Reikowsky, age 90, of Norman will begin at 10:30 am Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 211 N. Porter in Norman.

A Vigil Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 2, 2011 in The Chapel of the Havenbrook Funeral Home, 3401 Havenbrook Street in Norman. 

Henrietta was born November 15, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Herman and Helen Rzendzian.  She passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the Arbor House of Norman. 

Henrietta was united in marriage to Mr. Frank Reikowsky on November 16, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois.  Frank and Henrietta moved to Norman from Venezuela in 1957, where Henrietta was employed in bookkeeping and accounting services.  She was employed with Paul  Scovil Motors, Jerry Smith & Associates, Stephenson Flow, CPA and most recently Bill Osborn & Associates CPA.

Henrietta retired from a 40-year career in Accounting in 2009 at the age of 88. 
Henrietta enjoyed OU Football, OU Women's Basketball, loved to cook for her family and travel.  Her favorite pastime was spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She loved doing for others and was a very thoughtful, selfless, and generous lady. 
Henrietta was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. 

Survivors include her three sons; John Reikowsky of Norman; Tom Reikowsky of Secane, Pennsylvania; Jim Reikowsky and his wife, Patty of Vallejo, California; her daughter; Marty Clark and her husband, Greg of Edmond; nine grandchildren; Matthew Reikowsky, Stacy Reikowsky, Jacob Reikowsky, Justin Reikowsky, Russell Reikowsky and his wife, Jennifer, Zachary Reikowsky, Jessica Loehrs and her husband, Dustin, Seth Clark, and Logan Clark; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Frank Reikowsky in December of 1996.

Burial will conclude in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery under the direction of the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.
