Veitch, Eldon, 79, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2009 after a long battle with cancer. 

He was born April 23, 1930 in Arkansas City, KS to James and Etta (Cunningham) Veitch.  He was united in marriage on January 31, 1953 to Willmie Stanley. A Korean War Veteran, Eldon’s life long passion and career was in golf as a club pro. 

Eldon is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Willmie Veitch; sons, Greg and wife Denise, Tim and wife Linda, Tony, Tom and wife Kelly, Steve and wife Mia; daughter, Jean and husband Mark; three brothers; one sister; grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 4350 Will Rogers Pkwy, OKC, OK 73108.
