Gertrude Florence Pratz, 97, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2004 in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was born April 21, 1907 in Colorado to Eugene and Etta (Beeler) Sharp.

Gertrude had many hobbies including traveling, knitting, sewing, crocheting. Gertrude and her sister enjoyed spending time together quilting for the homeless and the church bazaar that was held every year and delivering meals on wheels. Her sense of humor and her giving heart will be missed by all that knew her.

Gertrude is survived by one brother, Basil Sharp and wife Ellen of Osage Beach, Missouri; one sister, Irene Caldwell of OKC; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Pratz; two sisters, Goldie Creed and Edna Merlin; and one brother, Gerald Sharp.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 27, 2004 in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
