Joe Randall Payne of Oklahoma City went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 20, 2015.  

He was born May 1, 1956 in Ardmore, OK to Leon and Patsy Payne.  Joe was a graduate of Moore High School and Okmulgee Tech, and worked for Southwestern Bell.  He placed his faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized at Brookwood Baptist Church of Oklahoma City.  Joe Suffered many debilitating illnesses and resided the past several years at Blue River Health Care Center in Tishomingo, where he was living at the time of his death.  The family will be forever grateful of his caregivers there.  

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lee Payne of Ardmore; grandmother, Anna Elliot of Ardmore; and grandparents Milton and Alma Ramsey of Ardmore.  

Joe is survived by his parents; son, TJ and wife Mallori of Oklahoma City; two grandsons, Parker Payne of Norman and Blake Payne of Oklahoma City; brother, Mike and wife Kristie of Oklahoma City; sister, Dee Ann of Oklahoma City; nephews, Kevin Payne of Norman and Keith Payne of Oklahoma City; great-niece, Sabreigh Payne; and many relatives and friends.  

A celebration of Joe’s life and new address in heaven will be 2:00p.m. Monday, February 23, 2015 at the Resthaven Chapel, with burial to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
