She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Ann Hughes of Belton, TX; her nephew, Thomas Jason Wiseman, his wife Liza Lugo Wiseman; great nephews, Grant Lawrence and Graham Thomas of Belton, TX; her beloved dog, Muffie, whom was a bright ray of light in her life. She will also be remembered by several students, colleagues and close friends from the many areas she lived and taught.
