Ellen Marie Cummins Sperry, loving mother and grandmother, was born September, 20th 1924, in McAlester, Oklahoma to Joseph and Suda Arndt. She went to be with the Lord on October 30th, 2019.

She was married to Wilburn Cummins for 44 years. They had three daughters, Judy, Karen, and Sharon. She began working at Western Electric in 1960. She retired from there after 20 years.

After her first husband’s passing in 1985, she married Buck Sperry in 1988 and they were married for 24 years. She had one stepdaughter, Susie and two stepsons, Ed and Bobby.

After retiring from working, she got to watch and help take care of her grandkids. She was spunky, fun, and full of joy. She loved to laugh and make others smile. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her favorite soaps and sports teams on television.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, one brother, one baby boy, her first husband, her 2nd husband, and two stepsons.

She is survived by her three daughters and son in laws; Judy and Mike Pisarik of Plano, TX, Karen and Neil Sontag of Pompano Beach, FL, and Sharon and Stan Drake of Moore, OK; one stepdaughter, Susie and husband Danny Steen of Blanchard, OK; one stepdaughter in law, Ann Sperry of Broomfield, CO; five grandchildren, Michael, Shane, Shelby, Stuart, and Lacey; eleven great-grandchildren, Callum, Haley, MacKenzie, Logan, Londyn, Dylan, Evan, Alayna, Charley, Maggie, and Eli; as well as several nieces and nephews.
