Eulaun Riggle, age 85 of Purcell, passed away February 1, 2017, at the Lexington Nursing Home.

Erzula Eulaun Tevault was born November 9, 1931 in Norman, OK, the 4th of 8 children born to Clyde Lee and Alberta Bernice (Clark) Tevault. Eulaun was raised in Norman and attended Norman schools, graduating in 1948. On December 19, 1949, Eulaun married her best friend and the love of her life, Doyle Eugene Riggle. They first made their home in Okla. City, but later settled in the Purcell/Wayne area. Together they raised 4 daughters, Jeannie, Carrie, Faye and Dorothy. Eulaun began working as a cook for Wayne Schools, and later at Washington Schools for a few years. She eventually returned to Wayne, retiring as the school custodian in 1996. Eulaun was a hard worker and a great example for her family. And whether at work or at home, she stayed busy doing something. She was a “grandmother” to many, and she relished in this role! Eulaun loved the Lord and lived her life as light for others. She will be dearly missed!

She was preceded in death by: Her husband, Doyle Gene Riggle; Her daughter, Jeannie Sheets; Great grandson, Chance Hobson; Son-in-law, Harold Matthews; Parents, Clyde and Alberta Tevault and Siblings, Eva Burger, Eunice Tevault, Clydelle Baker and George Tevault.
