81 year old Calvin A. Shobert of Noble departed this life on February 24, 2016. Born in Newcastle, April 28, 1935 to Pleasent & Annie Shobert. A graduate of Noble Schools and were he married Charlotte Smith on May 15, 1959 a marriage that would last 56 years until his passing.

Calvin loved being outdoors and working in the garden and flower beds. Most of all he loved his family and made it priority to always be there for them.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers; Wayne, Richard and Melton and his Sister Norma Jean Smith.

Those who survive him include his Wife Charlotte of the home, (2) Daughters; Penny Zumwalt (David) of Norman and Bonnie Griggs (Kip) of Norman, (1) Brother Tom Shobert (Kay) of Moore, (2) Sisters; Lucille Edwards (David) of Anadarko and Nelda Morris of Walters, (4) Grandchildren: Justin Zumwalt (Jennifer), Brian Zumwalt, Shane Zumwalt, Tina Marsh (Cole), (5) Great Grandchildren; Jack, Mae, Jeremiah, Paisley, Collin and another on the way.
