Roger Allen Pearl, 62, of Prague, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 in Oklahoma City.

He was born August 18, 1956 to Walter Joe Pearl and Gladys Ruth (Brown) Pearl in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Roger grew up in Oklahoma City and was a 1975 graduate of Crooked Oak High School. He has been a resident of Shawnee for the past 35 years.

He worked as general labor in various jobs.

Roger enjoyed music and building models. He loved people and never met a stranger, always visiting with everyone he met. Roger was kind hearted and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He loved his family and extended family and was truly one of a kind.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Shirley Murphy.

Survivors include his brother, Melvin Pearl of Shawnee; 2 sisters, Donna Atwood and Tina Ned, both of Shawnee; nieces, Crystal Atwood, Dalana Atwood, Cynthia Olguin, Stephanie Cooksey, Leslie Spence and Melody Hanson; nephews, Joseph Atwood and Stephen Atwood; several great-nieces, great-nephews and other extended family and friends; including his extended family and friends, the employees and residents at the Royal Residence Center in Prague.

Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Cooper Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Absentee Shawnee Tribe Burial Grounds in Little Axe under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
