Ila Marie Allen was born to Jesse Lee and Ruth (Wardlaw) Andrews December 12, 1915 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She passed from this life February 7, 2008 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 92.

Marie married Lester Allen, May 12, 1934. She was a loving wife and mother and a faithful Baptist.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents: Jesse Lee and Ruth Andrews; as well as her husband: Lester Allen.

She is survived by two children: Beverly A. Sebastian of Fort Worth, Texas and Troy L. Allen & wife, Sheilah of Tyler, Texas; a brother: Travis D. Andrews & wife, Janie of Universal City, Texas; three grandchildren: Bryan R. Allen and Francie Allen of Fort Worth, Texas & Troy Allen, Jr. of Alto, Texas; three great grandchildren: Michael Allen, Christopher Allen, and Molly Allen also of Fort Worth, Texas.
