Funeral services for Billie Ruth Trent will be held on Friday, May 21, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Family Life Church in Boswell, OK with Rick Austin officiating and burial following in the Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK.

Billie passed away Monday, May 17, 2010, in Hugo, OK at the age of 67. Billie Ruth Trent was born August 4, 1942, in Soper, OK the daughter of Ray Frank and Georgia Dean (Bonds) Trent. She had lived in this area most of her life. She worked at Texas Instruments in module assembly for ten years. Billie loved to garden, work in the yard and cook. Any time there was a family gathering she would sing and was learning to play the guitar.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, James H. Doggett Jr., four brothers, Jimmy Trent, Marion Ray Trent, Paul Vaughn Trent and Jerry Wayne Trent.

Billie Ruth is survived by three daughters, Carol Ann Ainsworth and husband, Ricky of Boswell, OK, Lisa Daugherty and husband James, of Celeste, TX, and Renee Miller and husband, Dewayne of Cooper, TX; three brothers, Jack Trent of Oregon, A.J. Trent of California, John “Bud” Trent of Boswell, OK; one sister, Ann Stillwell of Hugo, OK; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Thursday, May 20, 2010, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
