Bendaline (Russell) Smith was born on January 5, 1933 in Bryan County, OK to Ben and Opal (Wiebling) Russell. Bendaline passed from this life on Friday, January 24, 2020 in Denison, TX at the age of 87.
Bendaline was married to Frank Smith for over 20 years until his passing 7 years ago. She worked and retired from Goodyear Tire and later worked many years for Rural Water District #2. Bendaline enjoyed square dancing, reading and she loved and treasured the time she spent with family and friends.
Bendaline was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Smith parent, Ben and Opal Russell; sister, Pauline Teel and brother, James Russell.
Bendaline is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Marksberry and husband Larry and Willene Dunlap and husband Mike; sisters, Vivian Gould and Betty Arnold and husband Don; brother, Bobby Russell and wife Fran; grandchildren, Christy Newton and husband Tim, Amber Swartz and Azure Dunlap; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; step children, Cole Smith and wife Tamara, Tammy McCann and husband Jeff and Tori Smith.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, January 27, 2020 at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK. Dr. Michael Bradley will officiate. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
