Adam Lee Ivey passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 39. He was born on April 9, 1986, in Dallas, Texas, to Danny Lee and Yvonne Kay (McClary) Ivey.

Adam worked as a landscaper alongside his family, whom he dearly loved. He was known as a practical joker, grabbing any opportunity he could to share laughter with his family and friends. His sense of humor was a source of light and happiness, and his antics will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Bentley Ryan Ivey, of Durant, Oklahoma, his brothers Danny Lee Ivey, Jr of Salina, Oklahoma, Jamey Lynn Ivey of Pryor, Oklahoma, Danny Ray Ivey of Corpus Christy, Texas, Johnathan Lee Ivey of Leonard, Texas, and Matthew Lee Ivey of Leonard, Texas, his sister, Dayanna Marie Ivey of Leonard, Texas, and his mother, Yvonne Kay Ivey of Salina, Oklahoma. Adam was preceded in death by his father, Danny Lee Ivey, and his sister, Tione Rene Ivey.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Restland Cemetery Pavilion in Boswell, Oklahoma.

Services are under the care of Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home, 121 North 5th Avenue, Durant, Oklahoma 74701. © Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home
