Rose Faye Billey Arriaga, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 66 years old. She was born on October 27, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, to William and Willie (Thedford) Billey.

Her legacy lives on with her grandchildren, Mark Casarez Jr., Alexis Billey, Isaiah Perdomo, Christian Billey, and Alisa Billey, as well as her great-grandson Austin Turner, all of whom brought immense happiness to her life.
