Betty Zane (Walker) Ansley

Betty passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012, in Antlers, Oklahoma, at the age of 86. Betty Zane Ansley was born August 26, 1926, in Boswell, Oklahoma, to Morgan and Ruby (Pardue) Walker. She had lived in this area all of her life and was a member of the Church of Christ in Boswell, OK and Hugo, OK.

Betty married Floyd Thomas Ansley on September 16, 1948 in Denison, TX. She and her late husband Floyd owned and operated a Pulpwood business in Antlers, OK. Betty was a homemaker, enjoyed reading, and caring for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Floyd Ansley in 2011, and one brother, Billy Walker.

Betty is survived by one son, Tom Ansley and wife Debbie of Boswell, OK; grandson, Tom Morgan Ansley and wife Elaine of Boswell, OK; granddaughter, Patricia Ansley of Boswell, OK; great-grandson Morgan Ansley of Boswell, OK; four brothers, Lionel Walker and wife Tommie, Paul Walker and wife Sandy, Ben Walker and wife Sally and Dan Walker and wife Geraldine all of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Jenny Andrews and husband Clyde of Bennington, OK.
