Graveside services for Thelma Lavon Vanderhoof will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Thelma passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011, in Atlanta, GA, at the age of 76.
Thelma Lavon Vanderhoof was a native of Hugo, OK and was a homemaker and a member of Life Church International in Duluth, GA. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Francis Vanderhoof in 2006.
Thelma Lavon is survived by her include her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Christopher Godwin of Lawrenceville, GA; son, Michael Vanderhoof of Redwood City, CA; brother, Carl Neitch of Oregon; sisters, Bertha Baker of El Paso, TX and Nedria Satizo of Norman, OK; granddaughter, Victoria Godwin of Lawrenceville, GA and mother-in-law, Dois Vanderhoof of Tucker, GA.
Viewing will be at 10:30 a.m. before the services at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
