A graveside service will be held in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010.

Officiating will be Rev. Doug McClure.

Mr. Frank Abraham Houser, Jr., age 89 of 1289 West Highway 150 in Lincolnton, died on Monday, February 8, 2010. Funeral service will be held 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Bethphage Lutheran Church in Linconton, NC with Pastor Robert Mitschke officiating. Mr. Houser was born June 19, 1920 in Hugo, Oklahoma to the late Frank Abraham and Ella Beason Houser. He also served in the United States Army during World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Hartsoe Houser of the home; three sons, Frank A. Houser, III and wife Sophia of Canton, MI, John Houser and wife Betty of Lillington, NC, and Jamie M. Houser and wife Cyndi of Cleria, OK; daughter, Suzanne Delores Houser of Lubbock, TX; brother, John Houser and wife Pat of Paris, TX; sister, Willa Mae Fountain of Hugo, OK; and seven grandchildren, Christy Brijalea, Julie Ellen Lewis, Kenneth W. Temple, Larhonda Shanboltz, Jacob Houser, Abraham Houser, and Elizabeth Houser.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethphage Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund, 3440 Highway 182, Lincolnton, NC 28092.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, OK.
