Funeral services for Cynthia Ann (Woolsey) Constantine will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel with Pastor Brad Michaels officiating and burial following in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Cynthia passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 67.

Cynthia Ann Constantine was born June 22, 1948 in Baytown, Texas, to Archie William and Dorothy Florence (Speer) Woolsey. She had lived in this area most of her life before moving to Durant, OK and then later to Okmulgee, OK. Cynthia graduated from Hugo High School in 1966, then obtained her LPN license in 1978 from Paris Junior College in Paris, TX. Cynthia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She retired in 2003 and enjoyed fishing, her dog, Missy, and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Theresa Young; and one brother, Michael Woolsey.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Kenneth Constantine of the home; son, Autry Gene Phillips Jr. and wife, Amanda, of Durant, OK; step-sons, Geoffrey Constantine of Okmulgee and Stephen Constantine of Hugo, OK; daughters, Tina Deupree and husband, Roy, of Soper, OK and Dana Church and husband, Casey, of Soper, OK; grandchildren, Ashley, Amy, Joshua, Hunter, Dillon, Maddie, Elan, Nevaeh and Alice’n; great-grandchildren, Teanna and Caleb.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel in Hugo, OK.
