Funeral services for Jeffrey Bond Cannon will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Hugo with Father Joseph Chirayath and Bill Lathrop Jr. officiating and burial following in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, Oklahoma.

Jeffrey Bond Cannon died Saturday, February 20, 2010 in Frisco, TX at the age of 51. Jeffrey Bond Cannon was born June 30, 1958 in Lancaster, OH. He grew up in Hugo, OK the son of Henry and Faye (Bond) Cannon and graduated from Hugo High School. He attended the University of Oklahoma. He married his wife, Olga Pena Cannon on September 12, 1992 in Hugo. He was currently living in Frisco, TX. Jeffs first love was God and then his family and friends. He also loved OU football, Harley Davidsons, golf, the beach and country music. He worked in sales for an insurance company and also in telecommunications. Jeffrey was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree Council #7641, Patriot Guard, Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, North Texas Harley Owners Group "HOG".

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his fathers: James Short and Henry Cannon, grandparents: Amon and Verda Bond, Sam and Jessie Short and Arthur and Carrie Cannon.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife: Olga Cannon of Frisco, TX; his mother: Faye Cannon of Hugo, OK; daughters: Heather Cannon of Frisco, TX, and Shea Cannon of Noble, OK; one brother: Mark Cannon of Shawnee, OK; three sisters: Aileen Parnell and Candace Cannon both of Hugo, OK and Jeanean Cannon Weaver of Frisco, TX; Aunts: Ester Swan of Oklahoma City, OK, Barbara Parker of Ardmore, OK and Leoma Caldwell of Hugo, OK; uncles: Donald Short of Hugo, OK and Paul Short of Abilene, TX; numerous nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 23, 2010 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. with Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel.
