Funeral services for Anna Lee Abernathy will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel with David Kelley officiating and burial following in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Anna passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 in her home in Arlington, TX, at the age of 90.

Anna Lee Abernathy was born December 31, 1924 in Grant, OK, to Harden and Cora (Sanders) LaRue. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was employed with Texas Instruments for 22 years. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wylie Abernathy; brothers, Henry, Harvey, Willie, Nickol, Earnest, & Hoyt LaRue; sisters, Verna Redwine & Iris LaRue.

Anna is survived by son, Cliff Abernathy and wife, Martha, of Arlington, TX; daughter, Wylena Raymond & husband, Gordon, of Arlington, TX; four grandchildren, Sue Ann Bond, Angela Norris, Railea Cramer, & Neal Abernathy; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, April 20, 2015.
