Agnes Mina (Parker) Swilley

Agnes Mina (Parker) Swilley was born March 28, 1919 in Myrtis, LA the daughter of William Berry and Bessie Mae (McClure) Parker.

She married Wiley A. Swilley Jr on September 1, 1941 in Winnfield, LA. She was a homemaker and had lived in this area for the past nine years after moving here from Ada, OK. She was a Baptist by faith ever since she accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents: her husband: one son: Donald Swilley; two brothers: William Berry Parker, Jr. and Jack McClure Parker: two sisters: Lois Queen and Sybol Bright and one grandson, Jeremiah Brewton. Agnes is survived by one son: Dr. Bob Davis of Sulphur, OK; two daughters: Vicki Lynn Brewton of Monterrey, Mexico and Ginger Greeson of San Antonio, TX; one sister: Faye Thompson of Texas City, TX; twelve grandchildren: James H.N. Davis of Los Angeles, CA, Diana Burton of Duval, WA, Benjamin Davis of Atlanta, GA, Heather Piper of Monticello, GA, Melissa Swilley and Anessa Swilley both of Covington, GA, Amy Swilley of Decatur, GA, Gabriel Swilley of CA, Krista Swilley of Athens, GA, Kim Leon of Houston, TX, Zecheriah Brewton of Houston, TX and Tiffany Thompson of San Antonio, TX; and several great-grandchildren.

Family will announce memorial services at a later date.
