Funeral Services for Larry Dean Collins will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday April 4, 2013 at the Hart Funeral Chapel with Rev. Charles Duvall officiating. Larry Dean Collins the son of Arville Albert and Thelma Leona (Spencer) Collins was born January 21, 1953 in Cherokee County, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 31, 2013 at his home in Hulbert, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years, 2 months and 10 days.

Larry was a Diesel mechanic by trade and worked for Mack Trucks for many years. He enjoyed working on engines and doing the job of a mechanic and took great pride in his work. Larry enjoyed being outdoors whether he was fishing, grilling or just sitting in a chair with his coffee enjoying the weather. He loved to get together with his family and friends and spend time with all of them. Larry enjoyed dancing and could cut a rug from time to time. Larry touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Wanda Sue Collins; a son Todd Sharp; brothers Arlie Collins and James Collins; and his sister baby girl Collins.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Diana Jolly-Collins of the home; his children Kenneth Dean Collins of the Hulbert, Amber Coats of Tahlequah, Johnny Coats of Tulsa, Will Coats and Amiee Swinson of Tahlequah, Miranda Coats of Tahlequah, Wayne Sharp of Kansas, and Yvonne Sharp of Tulsa; his brother Arlis Collins and wife Christine of Tahlequah; sisters Geneva Hall of Tahlequah and Mary Wise of Hulbert; and 9 grandchildren. Many special nieces, nephews, other loved ones and friends also survive him.
