Services for Leland Eugene Daniel, Sr., 71, of Ardmore were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 4 at the All-Faith Christian Church, Marietta with Reverend Raymond Norton officiating.

Interment followed in the Lone Grove Cemetery.

Born November 1, 1949 at Ardmore, the son of Leonard Eugene and Zona Celena Knight Daniel, he died Friday, January 29, 2021 in a Sherman, Texas hospital.

A lifelong Ardmore resident, Leland and the former Carolyn Sue Bridgeman were married in 1976. Leland loved cars, especially hot rods. He had worked as a salesman for Auto Zone, O'Reilly's and Auto Electric car part stores.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Leland "Bubba" Daniel, Jr.; and infant sister, Elaine Regina Daniel.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Daniel; sons, Carey Lee Daniel and Kenny Bridgeman; sisters, Sylvia Wesley and Peggy Wilson; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
