Haskell Ray Settle

Haskell lived in the Chickasha area for over 40 years. He served in the U.S. Army in Calvary Division. He married Inez Shook, and she preceded him in death.

He married Nadine Wenzel December 25, 1990. Haskell farmed near Gracemont and worked for Parker Drilling Company. Haskell loved baseball and enjoyed coaching and being an umpire. He served as a deacon.

He was preceded in death by: one son: Randy Settle; Infant daughter: Kay Settle.

Survivors include: Wife: Nadine Settle of the home; one son: Derrell Settle and wife Cora of Blanchard, Oklahoma; one daughter: Brenda Pearcy and husband Charles of Chickasha; Grandchildren: Ami Settle Cathey, Tasha Levy, Misti Settle, Tandi Massey and Jeffrey Pearcy; 7 great-grandchildren one brother: Carl Settle; one sister: Shirley Elrod.

Interment will be in the Springcreek Cemetery, near Gracemont, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
