Binger, Oklahoma November 12, 2016 December 16, 1941 ~ November 12, 2016 Ronald E. Westbrook was born December 26, 1941 to Milton and Maxine [Doyle] Westbrook in Edinburg, IL. He passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Binger Nursing Home in Binger at the age of 74. Ronnie graduated from Binger High School. He was united in marriage to Carmen Kerbo November 29, 1960. Ronnie was a member of the Binger New Vision Church of God in Binger. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations to the Binger New Vision Church of God in Binger, OK. Yukon, Oklahoma November 6, 2017 March 21, 1966 ~ November 6, 2017 Tami Dawn Westbrook was born on March 21, 1966 in OKC,OK to Joe and Anna M. [White] Phelps. She passed away on November 6, 2017 in Yukon, OK at the age of 51. Tami attended Binger Schools. She married Mike Westbrook on May 17, 1981 in Binger, OK. She worked at the Binger Nursing Home for 15 years, and at Binger-Oney One Stop Convenience Stores. She was a member of the Fair Board Committee for several years and a member of Binger Church of God. Tami loved to cook and was a very gifted cook. She loved her grandchildren, enjoyed embroidering, and enjoyed spending time in prayer. She loved the Lord wholeheartedly and she was a prayer warrior. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Phelps and Anna White, and her grandparents, both Meyers and Phelps. Survivors Include: her husband, Mike Westbrook, of Binger, OK, her children, Chisum Westbrook and Heather Pafford and husband Jeremy of Binger, OK, her grandchildren, Tyler, Grayson, Keaton, and Slayton, her sisters, Sherry Lankford and husband Jerry of Shawnee, OK, and Tracey Robertson and husband Jerry of Perry, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.
