Earl Walton
May 11, 1912 ~ April 13, 1996


Services for Earl Walton, 83, of Binger will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Binger Church of God with brother Ron Nelson officiating and brother Andrew Soto assisting.

Walton was born May 11, 1912 in Sasakwa to Chieftain "Chief" and Nan Meeks Walton and died Saturday at his home.

He married the former Ella Mae Barker Nov 13, 1936 in Konawa.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Bill, Boots and Jack Walton; two sisters, Mary Stevens and Jewel Smith and a half-brother, Tex Walton.

Walton attended school at Sasakwa and attended the Church of God.

His occupation included working a little bit of everything from farm labor to repairing and working on lots of different jobs. He managed to always stay busy and feed his family.

Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law: Bert and Juanita Walton, Jimmy and Cynthia Walton, all of Binger; seven daughters and sons-in-law, Anna and Arlis Smith of Midwest City, Vera and Lee Nance, Janice and Vernon Bruce and Lena and Dwayne Smith Jr., all of Binger. Earlene and Billy Whitehead and Doris and Bufford Whitehead, all of Del City and Gracie and Martin Morgan of Oklahoma City; 24 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Johnnie and Raymond Peace of Holdenville; two half-sisters, Bonnie Fidler and Joyce Walton of Wayne and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Burial will be in the Binger Cemetery under the direction of Gragg Funeral Home of Binger.

Ella Mae [Barker] Walton
December 10, 1918 ~ August 13, 1997


BINGER- Services for Ella Mae Walton, 78, of Binger will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of God in Binger with the Rev. Ron Nelson officiating.

Mrs Walton was born December 10, 1918 in Sasakwa to Walter H. and Ethel Barker and died Wednesday in Chickasha.

She married Earl Walton November 13, 1936 in Konawa. He preceded her in death. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Claud, W.H. , Walter and Bert Walton and two great-gransons, Jason Gonzales and Thomas Nance.

Walton attended school in Sasakwa and was a housewife.

She loved her family and the Lord very much and tried to live by His word.

She enjoyed sewing and quilting and enjoyed gospel music. She was a member of the Church of God in Binger.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Preston and Juanita Walton and Jimmy and Cindy Walton, all of Binger; seven daughters and sons-in-law, Anna Mae and Arlis Smith of Midwest City, Vera and Lee Nance of Lookeba, Earleen and Billy Whitehead and Doris and Buford Whitehead, all of Del City, Gracie and Martin Morgan of Oklahoma City, Janice and Vernon Bruce of Binger and Lena and Dewayne Smith of Hinton; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and two sisters Oda Delora of Oklahoma City and Lena Drudean of California.

Burial will be in the Binger Cemetery under the direction of the Gragg Funeral Home of Binger. Pallbearers will be Walton's grandsons.

Bert Preston Walton
August 12, 1939 ~ January 13, 2001


BINGER- Services for Bert Preston Walton, 61, of Binger will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001 at the Binger Church of God with the Rev. Ron Nelson officiating.

He was born August 12, 1939 in Sasakwa to Earl and Ella Mae [Barker] Walton and passed away Saturday, Jan. 13, 2001 at his home in Binger.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one grandson, Jason Bradley Gonzales.

He married the former Juanita Haynes May 10, 1957 in Norman. She was his devoted wife for many years.

He retired in 1996 from Gulfstream in Bethany due to ill health.

He loved spending time fishing, going to garage sales, working on his computer, and spoiling his children, grandchildren and great-grandchild.

He was a Baptist at a young age and later converted to Pentecostal.

Survivors include his wife of the home; two children, Kenneth Walton and his wife, Rose Ann, and Geneva Gonzales and her husband, Felix all of Lookeba; five grandchildren, Gena and Kyle Davis of Binger, Brant Walton, Brandy and Pete Klassen, Felicia Gonzales, and Felix [Bubba] Gonzales, all of Lookeba; one great-grandchild, Kenneth Loyd “Big Guy” Davis of Binger; seven sisters and their husbands, Anna Mae and Arlis Smith of Midwest City, Vera Nance of Binger, Earlene and Billy Whitehead and Doris and Bufford Whitehead, all of Del City, Gracie and Martin Morgan of Oklahoma City, Janice and Vernon Bruce of Binger and Lena and DeWayne Smith of Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Cindy Walton of Binger, and many special friends and family.

Burial will be in Binger's Murray Cemetery under the direction of the Turner Funeral Home in Binger.

Rose Ann [Raines] Walton
October 24, 1957 ~ December 4, 2003


Services for Rose Ann Walton, 46, of Binger will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 8 at the Binger Church of God with the Rev. Ron Nelson officiating.

Mrs. Walton was born October 24, 1957 in Anadarko to Horace and Betty [Taylor] Raines and went to be with the Lord Thursday, December 4, 2003 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Bert Preston Walton.

Mrs. Walton grew up in the Binger community and graduated from Binger High Schoool in 1976.

She and her husband, Kenneth were joined in marriage August 28, 1976 at the Binger Church of God.

She was an active member in the Church of God and involved with the youth group and many activities. Wherever or whatever there was to be done, she was there.

In her earlier years she was active in riding clubs and has always loved horses and the outdoors.

She was very active in the building of the WR Ranch and her recent home on WR Ranch.

She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life revolved around her loved ones. She did more for everyone else, than most do in a lifetime. She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband; her children, Gena Davis and her husband Kyle, and their two sons, Kenneth Loyd and Korbin Lane, of Lookeba and her son, Brant Walton of Binger and his fiancee, Sarah Wilson of Duke; her parents of Binger; her mother-in-law, Juanita Walton of Binger; her brothers and sisters, Dean Raines and his wife, Jeanetta, and Jean Raines and his wife, Jan, all of Anadarko. Carol Harman and her husband Bruce, and Kay Hamilton and her husband, Jay all of Florida, and Jimmy Raines and his wife, LaDonna, and Martin Raines, all of Binger; her sister-in-law, Geneva Gonzales and her husband Felix, of Lookeba; numerous nieces and nephews, dozens of cousins, other relatives and many loving friends.

Burial will be in the Binger Cemetery under the direction of Turner Funeral Home of Binger.
